We’ve added the ability to send to a Gamertag and/or Lightning Address from the Developer Wallet UI.

You can even send to multiple recipients simultaneously.

These are mimics of the corresponding API endpoints (`v0/gamertag/send-payment` and `v0/ln-address/send-payment`), which will continue to work via API.

This payment action is accessible with `z + b` from kbar.
